Yes, there is street parking available. We kindly ask that you park in front of our house to avoid disturbing neighbours and ensure driveways remain clear.

Yes, children are welcome. A small space is available on the side veranda, or they may sit quietly in the allocated chair in the treatment room. We kindly ask that they refrain from touching equipment or products during the appointment.

All appointments are made online via Timely. This allows you to secure your preferred time instantly and reduces wait times for replies.

No. The studio operates strictly by appointment only.

Appointments often fill 4-8 weeks ahead. Booking early is recommended, especially after hour appointments.
Policies

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings and is deducted from your final total.

Cancellation Policy:
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide the required notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee must be paid within 24 hours of the missed appointment and must be settled before any future bookings can be made.
Late Arrival
If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may be cancelled and recorded as a ‘no-show’, as adequate time to complete the service is no longer available.
No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be required to pay 100% of the scheduled service cost. This fee must be paid prior to securing any future appointments.
Please know that these policies are not personal. They exist to protect my small business, my time, and the clients who are waiting for appointments. I truly appreciate your understanding and support.

Yes. Rescheduling is available via your booking confirmation link. Please note that all changes must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Most brow and lash services are pregnancy-safe. Please advise at booking so suitable adjustments can be made.

If you have known sensitivities, please request a patch test 48 hours prior.
Preperation

Avoid tweezing or trimming for at least 2–4 weeks before your appointment, avoid facial self tanning products & stop active ingredients like retinol 5 days prior.

Please arrive with clean lashes and no mascara, oils, or waterproof products. If you’ve had a lash lift, it needs to have been at least 6 weeks prior to your appointment.

Yes. Many clients come with uneven or over-tweezed brows. I can map a growth plan to restore shape over time.

Yes. Patch testing is available and recommended for sensitive clients or those with a history of reactions.
Aftercare

Duration varies by service:
Hybrid Dye: approx 7–14 days on skin, 4–6 weeks on hair
Brow Lamination: approx 6–8 weeks
Lash Lift: approx 6–8 weeks

For the first 24 hours after your brow lamination or lash lift, avoid moisture, steam, sweating, and skincare products. This allows the treatment to fully set and gives you longer-lasting results.

Yes. Aftercare instructions and product recommendations are provided. Hydrating aftercare products help keep brows and lashes healthy and lasting longer, and are available in-studio.

Yes. I stock Ultraderm cosmeceuticals, luxury soy candles, brow and lash aftercare, and brow gels. Available in-studio and online.

Digital gift vouchers are available for at-home printing.
For a more indulgent gifting experience, luxe blush-pink gold-foil gift vouchers are also available and can be arranged for delivery within the Ipswich area, pickup, or posted.
Vouchers may be issued for custom amounts or specific treatments on request.
